Viola Hand Positions
Violin pedagogy books give detailed descriptions of hand positions and offer excellent pictures
as models, but relatively few show hand positions for small hands on a viola. While the principles are the same,
a small hand will never look quite the same, especially on the viola. I offer these pictures for comparison.
